The Mayor has been sworn in by the Carroll County Clerks’s office today, May 7, 2014 and then Scott Strong and Ken Phebus will be sworn in by the Mayor on May 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, followed by a quick special council meeting – to address a budget amendment and Tennis & Basketball Court Rehabilitation Project. Please note no one actually takes office until 5/19. At the next Council meeting on 6/2, the Council Pres. & Council Sec. will be decided and Dept. liaisons will be assigned.
