The Planning & Zoning Commission is a seven member board responsible for land use and development regulations, enforcement of zoning, sign and subdivision ordinances. The commission is also responsible for review of commercial and industrial site plans as well as sign regulations compliance. The Town Planning Commission is currently drafting the 2011 Master Plan . Meetings are usually held the last Monday of every month starting at 7:00 pm at Town Hall. Occasionally separate workshops are scheduled during the month as well.
