Community Defines Holiday Spirit with Event in Early November

The Downtown Shops of Mount Airy present “Holiday Preview” on November 8, 2013 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. All are welcome to an evening of seasonal cheer, shopping, dining, and free live music entertainment.

Each of the Downtown shops participating will be offering something different for the customers to enjoy aside from their normal business, from classic holiday beverages and treats to beautiful art displays and price discounts.

Mount Airy hopes that this event will showcase its holiday spirit. For this little town, true holiday spirit is about bringing the community together, to share some memories on a Friday evening. The Downtown has five restaurant/cafes and over 18 retail businesses, to keep you busy. Between all the shops, you are bound to find something for everyone on your gift list.
