“ Call for Coats” – The Shepherd’s Staff kicks off its “Call for Coats” Program at Westminster Fall Fest on Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th. The Program runs from Saturday, September 27th through Friday November 14th. Drop off donations of new and gently used outerwear for infants through adults at Admiral Cleaners locations, co-sponsor of the Program. Coats will be distributed FREE to Carroll County residents by The Shepherd’s Staff at 30 Carroll Street, Westminster, MD throughout the cold weather months.
