Civility and respect towards one another impacts our relationships. But what ex-actly is civility and why does it seem to be on a decline in today’s society? Can inci-vility impact a business’ bottom line? How about the effectiveness of your volunteer organization? Is civility alive and well in your neighborhood? Please join this lively discussion as Kelly Frager, owner of Eti-quette for Everyday, highlights how we can promote civility in our personal & pro-fessional lives and in our communities. Your observations and input will be greatly welcomed! Refreshments will be served.
