Civility and respect towards one another impacts our relationships. But what exactly is civility and why does it seem to be on a decline in today’s society? Can incivility impact a business’ bottom line? How about the effectiveness of your volunteer organization? Is civility alive and well in your neighborhood? Please join this lively discussion as Kelly Frager, owner of Etiquette for Everyday, highlights how we can promote civility in our personal & professional lives and in our communities. Your observations and input will be greatly welcomed! Refreshments will be served.
