An appeal that applies to the property located at 301 Century Drive, Mount Airy, MD has been filed by AmeriGas.

 

Application has been made for a special exception on the property and, if granted, would allow applicant to install a 1,000 gallon above ground propane refilling station.

 

The property is located in the Industrial District and the application was referred to the Board of Appeals for the purpose of obtaining a Special Exception for a Nonresident Professional Office as required under Section 112-45C.(1) [112-62F(2)] of the Zoning Ordinance.

 

A public hearing will be held on Monday, February 29, 2016 to appeal the above case at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Room of Town Hall, 110 South Main Street, Mount Airy, MD at which time citizens wishing to be heard will be recognized in public session. This is the only case scheduled for the evening.
