SCHS Performing Arts Groups Planning Dinner & Silent Auction

The South Carroll Instrumental Boosters, Drama Boosters and Chorus Boosters will hold a “Vegas Style” Fine Arts Dinner Auction on Saturday October 22nd at the Winfield Fire Hall beginning at 6 p.m. The event includes dinner, drinks, live music, silent auction, and table gaming. Tickets are $25/person ($30/person after Sept 21st), $200 for a Table of 8 and $400 for a VIP Table (includes Front Row Seats, Table Service, Extra Gaming Chips, and Priority Auction Checkout). Bring your family and friends!

This is the third joint fundraising event held by all three booster groups to benefit all South Carroll High School students interested in the performing arts. Please join us to support arts in our community and have a great time!

Proceeds from the Dinner Auction will be used to purchase music, equipment, and other items needed to achieve programming goals.

The Boosters are seeking sponsorships to offset event expenses such as the hall rental and advertising. Organizations or individuals making a donation of $300 will be listed on both the drama and instrumental websites and sponsors contributing $475 or more will be listed in programs for fall performances of all three groups which will be seen by audiences totaling in the thousands.

In addition, auction items are needed which could include items of any value from local merchants, locally created art, tickets, gift cards, weekend get-aways, etc. If you can donate it, we will auction it off!

“The goal of the booster groups is to create as many confidence building opportunities as possible to help students achieve academic and professional success. Community support of our fundraising events is critical to make this happen,” said Tim Schneider Drama Booster Chair.
