On March 31, 2014, the Planning Commission of the Town of Mount Airy will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 110 South Main Street, Mt. Airy, MD 21771 beginning at 7:00 p.m. regarding the proposed allocation of the Town’s Available Water Capacity Yield and Available Sewer Capacity Yield among Allocation Categories pursuant to Town Code Chapter 109 entitled “Water” and Section 109-19-4 entitled “Water and Sewer Allocation”. The Town Engineer’s “Recommendation for Division of Allocation Categories” is available for review at Town Hall during normal business hours and on the Town’s website at mountairymd.org.
