7:30pm, Friday April 25, Town Hall: This will be a second opportunity for Town residents to hear from the three candidates running in this year’s election, on May 5, for two open seats on the Town Council, as well as also hear from Mayor Pat Rockinberg, who is running unopposed for a second term. The candidates for Town Council include: Scott Strong, Ken Phebus and John Steuhmeier. The forum is being sponsored by The Hometown Observer weekly newspaper, and will also be televised and re-broadcast by the Carroll County Media Center.
