Wow! An International Chili Society sanctioned event with chili tasting, music, contests with prizes, great food, beer tent, and vendors. Our cook-off winners go on to the National Competition. Mark your calendar. Taste the competitors’ chili starting with Salsa at 12 pm, Green at 1 pm, and Red at 2 pm. Entertainment, kids activities, beer garden all sponsored by the 4 Count Lions Club and the Mount Airy Main Street Association. Rain or shine event. Our 8th annual Main Street Heat Chili Cook-off benefits Historic Downtown Mount Airy and our neighbors in need.
