The Carroll Composite Squadron of the Civil Air Patrol will hold an open house Tuesday, March 4, 2014, beginning at 7 p.m., at the Assembly of God Church Hall at 30 North Cranberry Road in Westminster, Maryland. Squadron senior staff and cadets will be present to greet visitors, explain CAP’s missions for America and respond to questions related to programs, services and membership.
