MOUNT AIRY BUDGET WORK SESSION FOR FY 2016/2017
AND CLOSED MEETING TO DISCUSS SALARIES AND PERSONNEL
APRIL 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m.
A work session will be held by the Mount Airy Mayor and Town Council to discuss the FY 2016/2017 budget for the Town of Mount Airy at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2016, and if needed the work session will continue on Monday, April 11, 2016 at 7:00 pm. The budget work sessions will be held at the Mount Airy Town Hall, 110 South Main Street, Mount Airy. Immediately following the April 6th budget work session a closed meeting will be held as allowed by:
STATUTORY AUTHORITY TO CLOSE SESSION, GENERAL PROVISIONS ARTICLE 3-305(b) (1) To discuss the appointment, employment, assignment, promotion, discipline, demotion, compensation…….of appointees, employees, or officials…….or any other personnel matter…..” TOPIC – Salaries for employees for FY 2016-17.
