PUBLIC HEARING

MOUNT AIRY, MARYLAND

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on

Monday, February 29, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the Mount Airy Town Hall, Council Room, 110 South Main Street, Mount Airy, Maryland for the purpose of hearing the following cases:

CASE MA-A-15-01 – filed by AmeriGas for the purpose of obtaining a special exception approval on the property as provided for under Chapter 112, Article VI, Section 112-45 (C)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance on the property known as 301 Century Drive, Mount Airy, MD, located in the I – Industrial District. Approval of the special exception request, if granted, would allow the applicant to install an 1,000 gallon above ground propane refilling station within the I – Industrial District.

All citizens wishing to be heard will be recognized at this hearing. Any person desiring a stenographic transcript shall be responsible for supplying a competent stenographer.
