  2. Taste of Mount Airy

    The Greater Mount Airy Chamber of Commerce will be hosting their 5th Annual Scholarship Soiree - Taste of Mount Airy on Thursday, October 17th at the MAVFC Reception Hall. Enjoy delicious food from our local restaurants, sip libations from nearby vineyards and bid on raffle items from community shops and stores. The Chamber is looking for silent auction donations from interested businesses. Contact [email protected] for more information. Tickets are $10 at the door or in advance at Blossom and Basket Boutique, M&T; Bank or Old Line Bank. There's also raffle tickets available for $100/ticket on a great chance to win a car or cash! All proceeds go to scholarships for new and continuing education students in Mount Airy.
