Richard Kimball, founder of Project Vote Smart, will make a stop in Carroll County to give a 50 minute multimedia presentation focused on voter education. The nonprofit organization stresses voter awareness of advertisements, news stories, and commercials and how to find free, factual, unbiased information on candidates and elected officials. This event is being sponsored by the Carroll County Times. Registration required.
