Mayor Rockinberg will be proclaiming 2020 the Year of the Woman at the dedication ceremony on January 28th.  Throughout 2020, the Year of the Woman Commission is requesting your submissions of any woman who you feel has helped shaped, is shaping or will shape Mount Airy.  We are looking for leaders in the community who have made an impact in the areas of Education, Business, Public Service, Community Service or a Young Future Professional.

Selected submissions will be recognized on the Mount Airy Year of the Woman 2020 Facebook page as well as other avenues as determined by the Year of the Woman 2020 Commission.
