Vendor Event Day Instructions
Vendor Check-in: There is one way in and one way out during Vendor Check in. See the Vendor Check-in map for detailed instructions. Vendors must arrive sharply at 4:00 PM to be permitted in the vendor area. Required: All items needed for set up must be staged at your assigned location and the vehicle moved off the vendor area as soon as possible. All vendor spaces are outdoors and are approximately 10 x 10.
Electricity is NOT available. Generators rated as “Quiet” are allowed.
All vendors agree through their participation in this event, to have their booth space in full display and operational during the times designated for the event.
Event amenities such as inflatables will begin setup at 3:00 PM. Vendor arrival time 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM. All vendors must be set up, ready to open to the public by 5:00 PM. Vendors will NOT be permitted to drive their vehicles into the festival area after 4:45 PM
Upon arrival, vendors must unload and move their vehicles to the designated Vendor Parking area, prior to setting up their vendor space.
Vendor parking is located on Hotel Street, off of Hood Street
Vendors agree to:
Provide all necessary items; signs, covers, etc. Vendors must provide their own tables and chairs, tents and necessary equipment for a free standing booth. If using tents, they must be down.
Vendor agrees to stay until at least 8:00 PM and agrees to have space completely cleaned by 10:00 PM
No alcoholic beverages may be distributed by vendors.
No cooking or serving of food unless vendor holds permit from Carroll County Health and signs up as a food vendor (see Food Vendor Application).
The Town of Mount Airy shall not be held liable for any loss or damage due to any cause. The organizers hold sole discretion over space allocation, special requests will be considered but not guaranteed.
