Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on
Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall for the purpose of hearing the following cases:
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2021-02 – Park View, Lot 53 filed by CBI HOMES, LLC. Appeal for Variance under Zoning Ordinance §112-56A and §112-3, to reduce front yard setback on a corner lot within R3 Zone from 20’ to 12’. Corner of Park Avenue and Frederick Avenue, Mount Airy, MD 21771.
CASE NO. MA-BOA-2021-03 –Petition for Special Exception Under Zoning Ordinance, 1010 South Main Street, request for 5 houses
