California Tortilla recently launched a fundraiser for national nonprofit Children of Restaurant Employees (CORE), which provides financial grants to food and beverage employees with children when they face a qualifying circumstance. Through a month-long initiative starting Monday, September 20, California Tortilla encourages its guests to opt-in to offer a ‘Side of Hope’ with a $1 donation! All contributions will go directly to CORE to further their mission and provide grants to food and beverage families during their time of need. Grants help bridge the financial gap when a parent is experiencing a personal or natural disaster. Funds may go toward medical costs, rent, groceries, and other qualifying expenses.
