Beginning at 10 AM, over 20 regional competitors will be setting up their tents and cook plates along Main Street, vying to earn the prestigious honor of representing Maryland in the International ICS competition in October. The Salsa will be judged at Noon, the Green Chili at 1 PM, and the Red Chili at 2 PM. Also, special this year is a local Restaurant Chili Competition! The Beer Tent will be open all day, from 10 AM to 5 PM. In the rail yard, enter the sanctioned Corn Hole Competition which registration begins at 11 AM with the competition beginning at 12 PM. Play for fun, or for one of the fabulous prizes. Join in the fun Wing Eating Contest at 1 PM in the Railyard, sponsored by Memories Charcoal House. Come listen to the sounds of Duffy and Rowe and Darla Jean and the Something or Others!
