Minutes for March 20, 2020
Zoom Teleconference, 2:00 pm
Attendees: Town Officials: Mayor Patrick Rockinberg, Council President Larry Hushour
Town Staff: David Warrington, Holly McCleary, Colleen Reilly, Gina Campanile and Ashley Collier
Staff update: As of today, 4 people were working at Town Hall. The Public Works crew will start their alternating shifts on Monday.
CP Larry and Council decide on an electronic meeting: We will delay a decision and revisit at next meeting.
Staff has set up auto forwarding on staff phones.
Payroll Department will be tracking leave and extending as needed.
Add Chief Reitz to Emergency Response team.
Community Development Dept. has purchased hand sanitizers with the town logo. They will be distributed to The Town Council, Town Hall Staff and Police Department.
Labor Town Partnership: Mayor Rockinberg put on hold.
Mayor Rockinberg told Council President Hushour we may need a budget amendment.
Community Development Dept. will be doing a 10 most important points for our website and Facebook.
Community Development will be posting about happy volunteer stories, please share any with her.
The play equipment at our parks will be roped off, the parks will stay open. The bathroom at the park will be closed. * Please see updated post.

Minutes for March 18, 2020
Zoom Teleconference, 4:00 pm
Attendees: Town Officials: Mayor Patrick Rockinberg, Council President Larry Hushour
Town Staff: David Warrington, Holly McCleary, Colleen Reilly, Gina Campanile and Ashley Collier
Public Works crew will be splitting into two teams, working alternate weeks to avoid everyone possibly getting sick.
WWTP staff will be careful to avoid each other so that we do not have both certified employees sick.
Planning will cancel their March meeting
The Town Council meeting will be considering live streaming their meeting and closed to the public.
The Election Primary is moved to June 2, 2020.
Temp help will be working with our town restaurants to help promotes carryout etc.
Mayor’s Assistant will be looking for anything helpful for our seniors and students.
Town Hall will be locked, and visitors will be by appointment only.
Signs will be placed at Playgrounds “Use at your own Risk, virus lives on metal for 72 hours”.
Community Development Dept. drafted an email from the Mayor to Town Residents and would like to do a video of the Mayor speaking to Town Residents.
