For ages 11 - Adults. Express your love this Valentine's Day with a handmade duct tape rose. Or show your disdain with an un-Valentine rose in black. Our librarians will be demonstrating how to take a roll of duct tape and turn it into a work of art! Learn how to make these unique gifts and take some home for your family to admire. All attendees need to register. Registration begins 1/30/2018.
